Hi.

My first car with a touchscreen and I am unable to pair any mobile and not sure why, taking it to a ford dealer will be my last resort so seeking advise on how to update the touchscreen firmware and maps to the latest versions, (I only require the UK maps) and how to perform the task. I've read various things on the web but reluctant to try incase I muck it up. Can anyone tell me the make and model of my touchscreen below?

    Hi, not sure about the bluetooth other than to make sure any old devices are deleted and try again.

    The sat nav is the MCA type and there is a 2015 firmware update...more info HERE

    Don't think you can get just UK maps...normally 'Europe + Turkey'. The SD cards can be found on Ebay for about £25. Ebay link
