Hi,

my Edge is coming up to 3 years in early january and before I would book in for a service just before the warranty runs out to get anything done.I have presently 21400 miles on the clock and was told I don't need a service till 36000 miles.Any advice from anyone,I only do about 7000 miles pa now but want the car to be kept up to scratch.

Just book it in for a safety check not a service, and that should give you the 12 months roadside assitance.

The Edge only needs serviced every two years.

Serviced every 2 years or 18,000 miles, but you can book in for a safety check at the 1 year mark. As above stated this reinstates the Ford Roadside Recovery as that is only valid for 12 months.

As long as the Dealer doing it is a participating Dealer.
