MK4 Dashboard not Working periodcally

Hi, 

The Dashboard in my BA7 MK4 has a Black out. The error appears as periodically outtage of all the lights.

Sometimes it comes once a week and starts while driving...next morning it’s back in normal mode.

Sometimes the Dashboard is blacked out Wien starting the car in the morning...and 

sometimes it goes black while driving and comes back after 15 min driving....

 

can it be a loose connector ?

Any ideas ?

    I had this problem with the Connect Plus Dash. It was due to the 12V Car battery not holding enough charge. Once I replaced the 12V Battery the Dash came on every time and stayed good.
