Ford Kuga Titanium 2010 Dead

Featured Replies

Hi. While driving home last night, my immobiliser light flickered on around 4 times, so thought little of it till this morning when I went outside and tried to unlock the car. It took 6 attempts before unlocking the doors and the car was totally dead when trying to start it. Called the AA, and they also failed to get the car started. Battery was low but ok, he still used a booster to help, the starter motor and alternator where fine, also key fobs where all gd. They thought it was a bad earth, my garage man says different, but even he can't get it tested because the ignition won't come on when the key start is pressed, he thinks it's that, but doesn't answer the doors or nothing else working. Checked every forum, with no luck. Any help would be massive. Thank you. Gray

Main wiring loop by all accounts, being fixed after the weekend by an electrical engineer. It's a 3hr job, I dread to think of costs, but at least I'm getting somewhere.
