(2016 Edge Sync 2)

Just been out to a few shops this afternoon, got back in the car at one point and radio wouldn't come on. Noticed it said "Entertainment off" on the dash and on the Sync 2 screen on the red bar, it said "Entertainement unavailable".

No matter what, the radio, bluetooth audio etc would not work. Couldn't switch it on at all. Clicking the red bar on Sync 2 page would do nothing, I would hear the "click/beep" from touching the screen but it remains on the home screen. The power symbol was greyed out and couldn't be clicked either and then sometimes it would disappear so the bottom left area of the home screen was blank.

Tried switching off and on but nothing changed. Went into another shop for about an hour and came out to find it was working again. Just preparing for it to mess up again now. Anybody had the same issues?
