Key Fob

Featured Replies

I bought my 2019 edge on 01/02/2020, on the 3rd I discovered one of the key fobs wasn’t working so we replaced the battery, on the 25th the same key fob isn’t working again. Clearly it isn’t the battery... any thoughts? Or anyone else having this problem?

Yes, go back to the dealership, it's a warranty issue

Marty Mcfly?

Possibly...or any other American as they all use the wrong date format!

Shortstack, have you tried re-programming the key as per the owner manual? That's where I would start and if there's still a fault take it back to where you bought the car as said, get them to sort it out.
