Help with instrument cluster information display issue

Featured Replies

Recently the information display in the front driver seat of my Grand C-Max 2016 has stopped working.

The screen switches on and is showing up mainly black, with a few lines in the top left corner. When you're driving, the screen occasionally goes all white.

You can very faintly see some information on the screen, but it only goes half way across the screen and is unreadable.

My mechanic doesn't have the equipment to have a deep look, and is going to make a few phone calls today.
Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions as to things I could try and look at?

Its a common focus fault, you can get it repaired, have an ask in the focus section as it's basically a focus, or do a search, a lot of posts on the matter.

Oh okay that sounds good - I'll re-post this in the Focus section. Appreciate the reply!
