Radio and satnav freezing

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a ford kuga 2019 180ps 2.0litre all wheel drive only had it 2months.

Just recently the radio won't switch on and the sat nav freezes at the same time. When I get out of the car and leave it for a while when I come back to it it all works fine. Does anyone know what the problem is and experienced the same problem.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

John

Hi John

I also have a 2019 Kuga and had exactly to same problem yesterday the only thing I could do was change the volume up and down.

I switched the car off and locked it and then came back some ten mins later and hay presto everything was ok.

I have only had the car 2 weeks and this was the 1st time I had really used the sat nav so hopefully this is not going to be a common occurrence.
