Hi, just bought a KUGA titanium x powershift 2016 awd not had any serious problems till now locked it up as usual and the boot opened up got the one with the ( power tailgate) thought it was strange but when I went to push the button it wouldn't shut had to do it manually anyone got any answers to this, thanks.

    Did it beep more than 3 times? apparently if it does this it has to be reset as its picking up a fault/problem
