hi, just had cam sensor and crank sensor changed after breaking down, got the car back from garage and the revs are

sat at about 950 instead of 800 the car is smoking and theres a knocking noise sat over the sound of the engine, also its slightly shuddering when running, i trust the garage it goes to and know he will do is best but he says it may have to go to a ford dealership and im not made of gold so has anyone any suggestions as to what this may be,
