Hi just bought a mondeo, can anyone tell me if there is missing fuses cause even the emergency lights doesn’t work

    Everything looks in place to me.
    Could be a fuse blown somewhere but you can't tell without pulling one at a time and taking a look.

    Fuseboards will have gaps due to different vehicle specs and even between petrol and diesel cars.
