2006 ford focus c-max issues

HI Guys, Newbie here, i have a couple of issues with my C-Max and hoping to get some advise.

1. 1.6 Petrol sounds like a Diesel

2. Has a terrible ticking sound, cant pin point it, had 2 Mechanics say its normal

3. After car has been sitting in heavy rain it sounds like it is only firing on 3 cylinders with engine light flashing for a while when started ( 10 min or so ) No Error codes

Car has 150 000 Km on clock

    Sorry cant help you but maybe post in the focus section as the car is basically a focus, sounds ok to me certainly not like a diesel.
