Matrus01
Hello, New to the site so sorry if this has been posted before, I couldn't see anything on previous forums. I have just bought a 2017 Mondeo Titanium and the touch screen is really slow to respond to anything. Even the parking sensor display doesn't kick in until too late, kind of defeats the object 😁 I have done a master reset and also updated to latest software using a USB drive, but it hasn't made any difference. I do have a warranty from the garage, so I'm booked in at main dealer in a few weeks, COVID-19 permitting. Weird thing is when I use Android auto the screen is much faster to respond, although steering volume controls etc take a while to react. I just wondered if anyone had any pointers on possible fixes please? Also, the stop start has never kicked in since I've had it, again I've mentioned this to the garage and it should be covered so fingers crossed. All I get when stopping is a greyed out stop start icon on the dashboard, with a line through it. Any thoughts/possible fixes much appreciated. Thanks.
