Using My Ipod

Featured Replies

I've recently bought an 09 zetec KA, unfortunately it didn't come with any manuals. The car is fitted with a USB port and has bluetooth and voice activation - all very fancy but I can't get it to work.

I've bought a manual but there isn't anything I can find that will get my ipod to actually play. I've even been to the dealer and they are as stumpted as I am.

Does anyone know how this system works or can you tell me where I can find out?

It only has a USB and doesn't appear to have a aux connector as well

Help please

I think somewhere in your car is an 'aux' socket to connect a 'jack to jack' cable to so you can operate your ipod, a cable that looks like this from my daughters' company

You should have the aux socket in addition to your usb socket. If this is not on the fascia of your stereo or perhaps another inconspicuous place? On my Vauxhall Astra , its behind the hand-brake. Have you checked in the glovebox for it...something tells me it may be there? Hope this helps....Graham
