Afternoon all Hope every one is staying safe and well

I have a problem on and old18d escort van where as it won't switch off and I have to stall it 

I've changed the solenoid to an aftermarket one and connected a live but it still is the same 

Even if I pull the plug apart for the pats and solenoid it still runs on 

Anyone have any ideas ?
