Hello everyone.

My name is Marcelo, i am a brazilian mechanic engineer now living in Portugal.

Here i have a car to my family, it is a station wagon Audi but i allways dream about a oldschool car. I really doesn't know which car to buy because i like a lot of models like, Golf MKI, II, III or Renault 5 or Toyota Starlet etc etc etc.

So yesterday, watching youtube videos, i saw a Escort RS MKIV, white, and a warning light appeared to me: i am forgetting the little Ford escort!!! I remeber that my aunt had one (back in Brazil). A MKIV GL i don't know the correct year. Very nice car, all original... My father in law had 2: one MKIV (i think it was a GL) with XR3 rear wing and a MKIII basic model 1987. My wife had one. A 1991 MKIV, Gold, original, GL...All cars were amazing cars.

Well, now i am doing a little research about models, prices, pdf documents (manuals, color chart), because i really want to buy a Escort to me. MKIII or MKIV, doesn't matter the version. XR3 or RS models are too expensive. They are a super cars but a quite expensive.

So i have a lot of questions but the basic here is : where should i looking for a good model? Download color chart in pdf to both versions, where because i wanto to do a repaint job and maybe change the color, i don't know...

The best for me would be to have a british model because it would the original model with right hand drive. The only problem is the distance...(Portugal / UK)

So guys i think it is. Anyone can help me here, it is very diferent to me, in Brazil we have a lot of Escorts, everywhere it is easier to find one.
