Random hole in roof

Hi All, 

My edge has a random whole in the roof where it looks like the previous own had somthing, it's just in the headliner above the boot? 

 

Any ideas what should have been there? Excuse the dirty roof needs a good clean

    It might just be one of the large cream coloured clips which is missing.

    Is there a hole behind it?

    If there is a Dealer can help with the correct part.
