hi so I'm confused about what I need enquiries on lol.

So I went to buy a for c-max 16plate titanium x model and it didn't have sat nav on it they guy told me some come with it some don't what I'm confused about if its the top model why has it not got sat nav on it and is it just the case of inserting a sd card or something.

    also its marked as a c-max but has the 7 seats and the slide loading back passenger doors is that not a grand c-max

    Even the Titanium X doesn't come 'fully specced'.  There are still many options you could choose on top of that base spec.  

    It's not as simple as inserting an SD card but you can add sat nav.

    The Grand C-Max isn't badged 'Grand', it just has the 7 seats and sliding door as you say.

    The sat nav isn't a great loss, if it has sync 3 you can just mirror your phone .

    Sat Nav's an extra another cunning trick really most companies do the same .
