Scottnunton
Hi, I have a 2009 Ford C-Max 1.8 diesel. The glow plug wiring loom connection has melted. The red positive cable had corroded so I believe the cable was arcing with a loose connection. Is this a common problem? Can I put a new connection in without causing any further problems? I had thought of putting a new bolt through with a nut as the original connection has perished. any help and advice would be great
stef123
This was a relatively common issue, it’s been covered on here many times. replacement wiring harnesses required.
