Yeah, how do they get away with it when it's supposed to be legally binding. Do ebay ever pursue non-payers to make an example of them? 

For every buyer that doesn't turn up, there's a seller who won't sell because it didn't meet their imaginary reserve and then relists it again 2 days later...
