Immobiliser after gearbox change

Hello hive mind. 

I'm just wanting to pick your collective brains. I've replaced the gearbox on my 09 ka style, having struggled to get the box on, finally it is on. After torqueing everything up I've come to start it ..... and..... nothing. 

I have an immobiliser, yellow triangle and an abs light on the instrument cluster. Any suggestions of where to start would be great. As I don't have a Ford diagnostic tool, I thought I'd ask here to see if any light can be shed before one arrives.
