Auto lights not working

Hi.

Thanks for reading my message.

I have a 2018 Ford Focus Zetec, old model.

The auto lights has stopped working possibly due to a car reversing into me.

I pointed this out to my Ford dealer, when the car was serviced but they did not sort it out.

Could anyone advise me how to fix/reset the feature?

    have you tried turning them on with the switche see if the lights come on ?

    When I turn the lights on manually they work fine.

    Zetec trim doesn't usually include auto lights.  Are you sure your car has them?  Will also have auto wipers and auto dimming mirror if it does.

    There is no reset for the system.  If they don't work, it's usually because the light sensor on the windscreen is faulty.
