Mk4 focus due first service (2year). 
 

is it worth upgrading to odour filter plus? Any idea of cost? 
 

I use Trust Ford and they seem to over charge for everything......

    Mine has always been the "plus" as standard at my dealer.

    I believe it's carbon activated, to help reduce smells, etc.

    100% agree, the carbon activated ones are definitely better at keeping out the "countryside smells" than the regular pollen filters.

    Ford service standard is a cabin filter with active charcoal. Odour plus is new improved filter type, slightly more expensive as well. Depends on how much you wish to spend.
