Hi I have a 2016 focus with sync2. My sat nav keeps crashing and freezing. Done a system reset also disconnected battery. Still no joy. Any help would be most grateful

    Have you been onto the ford sync site to check if your system is upto date. Or if any updates are avail to d/l onto a usb stick

    Could be GPS problem eg antenna fault. Have you checked signal quality when it crashes.?
