I was bored and browsing around the Forscan forums and came across this value that could be tweaked. 
There’s nothing wrong with Ford Focus as the bluetooth pairing name but when I found out I could rename it to Ford Focus ST I thought I’d give it a go

It worked fine. I know it’s only cosmetic but a nice little tweak 😄
