Door rattle or is it?

Evening, I have a 2016 Focus ST3 which has a fantastically annoying sound (I say sound as it doesn't really sound like a rattle) coming from the drivers door when going over certain rougher patches of road (30mph and higher). 

It sounds like a rustle more than a rattle or vibration, Now I have stripped the doors down and placed a whole load of sound deadening it an attempt to stop it but while I have no rattles said rustling noise is still there. 

What I have noticed is if I have the window down even just slightly cracked the noise is gone, could this be something to do with the window carrier or something else?
