Hi, I have had my 2016 edge titanium for two years now. I continue to have issues with this system where if I touch the screen for anything it loads the sat nav immediately so I cant use anything else. To reset I have to stop car - switch off - open door  - close door and restart. Local Ford dealer who sold me the car now saying it will need another new system which is not covered by Fords or their warranty so they will try and get money to pay for new as although they have fixed this problem several times for the two years apparently  it was not logged on Ford system so unable,e to go back to them, has anyone else had this issue?
