Sports Bumpers

Featured Replies

Hi all, my dads st220 has what seems to be a common fault on the sports bumpers which is the rear one is cracked off at the connecting clips (the ones that are either side of the rubber trim) this means the bumper is virtually hanging off on one side.

Ive heard rumors that ford have made a replacment bumper that dosent crack after a while thats avable. I rung ford parts about a week ago to get a price on a brand new bumper for the st and they quoted me between 400-500 quid WITHOUT the diffuser and reflectors but it was painted. Personally i see that as a complete con as does my dad and he simpally refuses to pay that sort of figure.

Are there any other options that are avable that anyone knows about.

Mike
