No heating

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

live recently purchased a Mondeo mk5 2.0 tdci 2015 and have found that I don't have any heat coming from the heating. It doesn't matter what temperature I set it at, there is no heat.

the aircon works well at cold temps and is quite icey cold but there's no hot.

the temperature gauge shows that the needle is sat in the middle and even when the engine is hot I still get no heat after a 3 hour drive.

when I picked the car up it had the timing belt and waterpump changed the day before and I though that I would need to top up the water level in a hope that it would have pumped around the system but the next day I found that the level was at maximum so not needed.

anyway, I now need to figure why it's not producing any heat and wondered if you guys can provide me with some suggestions please.

thanks
