Heated seat question

Featured Replies

I have recently purchased a 2014 Mondeo Titanium X Business Edition. It has standard Tit X interior and not the Windsor full leather. Thing is, it doesn't have heated seats. It has the fuses in place in the boot fuse box but no switch in the centre console. I have sourced what I think is the correct wiring loom but no switch as yet. Is it possible that the heat pads are in the seats as standard and all I need to do is connect the switch and loom to have heated seats?

Just as an added clue, here are pics of the multi plugs underneath the driver and passenger seats. Would these indicate that the heated pads are already in the seats?

Well after further research and investigation it seems the heated seat pads are not in the seats. That means the part loom I have is of no use to me. If anyone can make use of said loom you are welcome to it.

Looms are often generic, the seats are the most expensive part so will not ber fitted unless someone has paid for them.

However, I do know heat pads are available for other models. Could you buy pad and insert into your seat ?
