Hello,

My parents have the above car, the clutch pedal rubber has come off four times now.

The first time Ford put it back on, then i bought a third party one and put that on, it lasted for a month or two then came off,

I put it back on again then it came off in quite a short time.

I have just glued it on with Araldite but I am not that optomistic.

The problem seems to be that there isn't enough rubber to hold it on underneath and around the sides, seems like a design fault to me.

Has any one else come across this problem (it is a safety issue also)

Thanks

If it comes of again give the part number off it to your local dealer who can check to make sure it’s the right one , it shouldn’t come off if it’s the right one
