TCDi 1.6 2009, wont start. U2150 DTC code and 1:6 PATS codes.

So our 1.6TDCI won't start.

Engine Malfunction and Transmission malfunction is showing on IC.

Immobiliser LED is showing 1,6 code.

Dash diag mode is showing E510 and D900 which is U2510 and U1900.

So for some reason the PCM is not communicating on Canbus with PATS.

ForScan wont connect either.

Scoped HS and MS Canbus at OBDII port. Both seem ok.  60 ohms measured too.

No blown fuses.

Opened up IC and found some cracks on connector pins. Resoldered these, but still showing same fault.

Opened up PCM outer box (Eventually - 4 shear head bolts? Seriously?) Looks clean and dry in there. Connectors all look ok.

If I can find the PCM pinouts, I will check canbus at the PCM.

Any ideas what else I can look at?

Tried taking battery off for a few mins. No change.
