Rear window washer

Can someone tell me the route that the tubes for the rear washer take, to get to the rear window.

The washer has stopped working, but I can hear the pump working. I'm not sure if it's related, but I noticed the carpet was damp in the rear offside passenger footwell, and I thought that perhaps the tubes run above the doors under the roof lining or plastic trim. I have tried running some thin wire through the rear washer jet, but not even a drop of water comes out.
