Water leak paddling on passenger side

Water is leaking from underneath "center counsel area"or "just left of glove box" in the footwell area of the passenger side. It is not coolant it is definitely water probably condensation. 

Is the any fix? What is it?

    maybe the drain pipe for the AC condensor has come off ? not sure without looking does it do it all the time or when it rains or the AC is on
