Battery light come on when heated Front window screen is on

 Hello when my front heated windscreen is on the battery light comes on and turn the front windscreen off and the battery light does come on for a few seconds. But when driving the  battery light does come on without the window screen being on  for about 30 seconds when car is not started it 12.17v on the meter and when I start the car up it read about 14.00v but it does jump about when the  heated windscreen and the battery light comes on it reads 13.58  I have put a new alternator on last week as the battery light was on overtime any suggestions thank you
