Hey Guys,

does anyone have experience with the genuine Ford Dashcam? https://shop.ford.co.uk/products/dashboard-camera-for-integration-with-sync-3

Sure, it is expensive for what it is but I like the Sync 3 integration. I know that I can get a decent dashcam for 1/3 of the price but I am honestly tired of half-baked chinese electronics with countless bugs and various versions. I also see that Ford e-shop offers a cam from Garmin. I am wondering if they also have a recommended installation manual (where to connect the cable, etc.).

Thanks for any thoughts.

    Hi Jiri, I should definitely have some 😁 .

    Installation for this DashCam is not complicated, is described in detail in it's install guide but it should be made professionally. 

    For details regarding the DashCam the installation or the app, please just ask.

    Wow Ford have already moved the link. Unless someone else has asked about the official Ford dashcam recently, that linked worked when I clicked it a few weeks ago.
