First of all, yes I am on the right forum 😁😁....

So, I was out washing the car an hour ago (for the third time this week 🤨) and was using my squeegee to scrape the excess water off the windscreen, when I accidentally caught the screen with the metal strip on the back of the squeegee, resulting in a 6 inch faint scratch right in the middle of the screen 😲😲

Suffice to say I was less than happy and after I had stopped cursing and swearing, considered how I was going to sort it. I was sure T-Cut wasn't going to be the answer as it would clearly be too abrasive, so thought about polish, but decided to Google it first and lo-and-behold the first thing that came up was TOOTHPASTE !!!

So, I did as it suggested and put a small amount on a cloth and applied it to the scratch in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes and HEY-PRESTO, scratch gone !!

Suffice to say I will be using my plastic-backed squeegee in future !!

Well worth a try if anyone has got any lightly-scratched glass 👍👍

    I doubt it'll last long...  I've seen people polish cloudy lights with it, looks good for a couple of days lol.
