I'm sure they'll be available on ebay, each piece (of the factory fit originals) has multiple tangs on the back which hold it on.  To be remove them you just pry them off from the rear side with a flat head screwdriver, if you find a pic of the factory fit originals it will make it really easy to visualise.

 

I suspect that a lot of the 3rd party replacements won't clip on and will just use double sided tape, as long as the surface is clean etc and the double sided tape is good quality such as 3M, I'd expect these to be fine.

You can get any amount of '4 spoke' fittings, but the only 3 spoke ones are self adhesive 'chrome tape', which by the photos listed look awful. I actually bought the steel ones for my wheel before deciding on 'carbon fiber' adhesive inserts instead, but the steel ones do come with pre-loaded 3M tape and look very good!
