Hi all looking for some advice,

I have a 06 plate 1.6 petrol focus and I’m having the following issues. 
 

all o2 sensors showing low voltage, strong smell of fuel when running as if sensors are causing car to over fuel but no smoke from exhaust, sometimes when car is idling the revs will dip and the battery light will come on, I have tested the battery it has 12 volts and starts every time with no issues and when running it’s charging just over 14 volts, I have inspected the wiring harnesses and all appears good with them, all fuses also test as good. It’s just a little strange that all ho2s sensors show low voltage so any advice on what to look at next would be great
