Sync 2 screen not working

I have a 2016 Kuga Titanium X and just started the engine and the Sync2 Screen has displayed multi coloured squares and is not responsive, no radio or bluetooth working I’ve tried reset on the power button and taking out the fuses but this hasn’t solved it any help would be great thanks.
