Errors with updating to SYNC 3

Hello,

I've been trying to update to the latest SYNC version on my 2019 Kuga.

I have my USB files extracted directly from the ford.co.uk website and the USB format is exFAT. Here is my file setup:

After getting the installation success message (and the system definitely looks different - successful update). The system asks me to remove the USB and I do so. The next stage of the installation process is to upload the log xml file back to the ford system to be able to get access to future updates. However I cannot find this file, and instead get a interlog file in my USB:

Inside that folder there is a log file (not the xml one I need to upload) and it contains the following info:

InterrogatorLog() +
CopyInterrogatorLog +
Interrogator log generation unsuccessful
CopyInterrogatorLog -
InterrogatorLog() -
getVINnumber thread already terminated

Does anyone have any ideas on how I will get the correct log file?

Any help you could give would be great!

Nothing is there except from the original files.

If you go back to the Ford download site and scroll down to the troubleshooting section there's a link with instructions to download just the log file
