Sync 3 Updater Log

I recently updated the Sync 3 software on my 2019 Ford Focus Titanium 1.0 Eco Boost via USB. Dropped a bit of a clanger and erased the USB before uploading the updater log to Ford’s database. Is there anything I can do to remedy this as the next time I check online for updates the one I’ve already installed will show up again (I assume).

    So, to clarify; I couldn’t find the log tool (using a Mac - I don’t know if thats a problem) but there was a Users Guide pdf on the site which said to download the update and the car would recognise that it had been updated and write a new updater log. Which I done and I’ve now uploaded the log to Ford’s database.
