Help 

I have the same issue as last year , engine racing or idling and stalling on pulling off. 

I took it into a Ford garage and had to have the MAP sensor replaced at a cost of £448 in March 2020.

The same thing is happening again this year , I am a NHS worker and really need my car to be working at this time, 

The car is only 5 years old,  should I really be spending this amount of money on it ?

Anyone had any issues with this 

 

 

Hi the garage have reset the code and did a test drive said it was okay. Two days later error showing again and doing the same thing... where do I go with this ? Don’t want to keep throwing money at it if this isn’t the problem. 
MOT passed but there’s a mention on paper work maybe sensors at a cost of £647 pound 

I faced the same issue on my Ford Ka+.  Even after changing the MAF sensor, the error used to throw up and car looses power.  After extensive diagnostics, the issue is identified with EGR valve, thankfully my car was under warranty and got free replacement.
