Fuel Temperature Sensor in Engine

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where the Fuel Temperature sensor is in a Ford Mondeo 1.6 TDCI (2014) model. I cant seem to locate it.

Thanks in advance.

On the mk3, it's on the rear of the fuel pump, (that's the high pressure one, not one that might be in the fuel tank.) but that's a Delphi system. Don't know on yours.... anyone..?

Thanks Nick, I liked my old MK 3 - it was easier and more fun to maintain than the mk 4. I am kind of hoping the fuel temperature sensor is not in the fuel tank.

Try asking on the Talkford forum.. They've got  dedicated sections for the various versions.

Thanks Nick. Got a reply and talkford and found it, its just above the fuel filter; if anyone is looking. My fault was a code P0183 and connecting thius plug back in properly fixed it.

Hi

Did you manage to find the fuel temp sensor? is it the one connected to the fuel filter cap on top? do you have a picture?
