New turbo failed after 2 months

I had my turbo replaced in December last year on my 2006 Ford C Max 1.6TDI. As well as changing the Turbo they replaced the oil feed pipe, oil filter and oil. The intercooler was cleaned. I have taken it back and the mechanic said he'll change the turbo again under warrenty but now says the oil pump needs replacing as well. (I have had no warning lights show on the dash) anyone offer any advice? Thank you in advance.
