Hi all

Complete newb here so go easy on me. 😉

My daughter has just picked up a 2011 Zetec and she’s gutted that she can’t seem get the Bluetooth audio, or USB audio to work.

The phone is connected and I’ve spoken to her on a call, but the BT audio won’t play.

Re the USB, when you press the CD button I think it says ‘No SCR’ (or ‘No SVR’ I’m not with the car at the moment).

Is it just that this model year only plays mp3s (ie not Apple Music or Spotify)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Not all cars (especially older ones) support Bluetooth music streaming, you'll have to get an aftermarket head unit for that.

    Similar issue here:

    I have a 2016 KA and can confirm the Bluetooth is only for phone calls, not music! My issue is that I can get my spotify to work through USB but I can no longer skip tracks using the car controls. My boyfriend has the exact same phone and updates etc and his works fine in my car. Anyone got a fix please?
