Ford Fiesta SYNC Bluetooth Issue

Featured Replies

Hi, I’m having some trouble with SYNC on my fiesta. My phone won’t connect to the Bluetooth anymore and it looks like the Bluetooth on the car won’t actually stay on. I’ve performed a sync reset but it hasn’t fixed it. Ford are asking for £120 for a diagnostics test but before I do that I was just looking to see if anyone had had the same problem and if there was a solution. Thanks, George

By reset do you mean unplugging the module for half an hour? Replacement Sync 1.0 modules are less than £30 on eBay if it comes to that.

Hi Luke, by reset I mean the master sync reset option on the sync menu, thanks

Try unplugging it for half an hour to do a proper hard reset on it.

There's a guide here on how to remove the module
