Streetka Locking Issues, any help/advice would be great please

Featured Replies

Hi

Any advice or help on possible causes/fix for this would be really appreciated. Have tried some of the fixes noted in other posts but no success.

Unable to lock either door manually, or via remote central locking. Immobilizer is active.

1. When locking via the remote fob, passenger door makes a noise, while it locks and unlocks again (cycles? clicking noise?).
Driver door doesn't do anything. We can see the interior handles moving.

2. Manually locking either door with the key just cycles the lock/unlock for that door.

We have checked boot and hood storage are closed (multiple times!).
Have tried WD40 on lock mechanisms.
Tried locking from inside, then using remote to unlock in case out of sync. but no success.

Thanks in advance,

Chris
