Hi folks.

Anyone know were the fordpass modem is located on a 2021 focus active x vignale? I'm can't seem to connect any phones to the wifi hotspot in the car and have tried everything i can think of to get it to work, (sync master reset, removing and re-adding the car on the app, disconnecting the battery) but nothing works and I just bought a new data bundle from vodafone.

When I contacted vodafone they say they need the imei number from the modem sim or they can't do anything to help. And my ford dealer salesman didn't know what i was talking about when I mentioned the modem!!!

If there's a way to get the imei number without booking it in that would be great.
