A bit pricey, my local family owned Ford dealer was £225 if I remember correctly  and with the Ford you get a years AA cover including relay and home start

Yes I thought around the £250 mark

Had various quotes, but none seem to include gearbox oil ( auto ) and pollen filter.  Strange

Pollen filter is advised as a yearly change but you'll find it's generally an optional extra to make their original service price look more competitive.

Auto gearbox oil isn't changed often so won't be included in an indy service, again will be an optional extra.

Brake fluid is also recommended every 2 years which you may want to consider.

thanks for that.

Gearbox oil should be changed at 40k miles and as Tomsfocus says it's not on any service schedule it often gets overlooked and is the cause of many gearbox failures.
